Elevate Home Service: We offer you a comprehensive study and proposal of your rental home, with the intention of maximizing your profits for your income property. You will receive a detailed document with our proposals, pictures, and a breakdown to determine your projected rental profit margin. We will order, receive, assemble, and place throughout your home. Home staging to make the most visually pleasing environment for your guests.

Property Management: Offering both Property Management and Caretaking Services, let us take care of all those pesky details for you! Ask about our different tiered levels of care.

Rental Management: We are seasoned Real Estate Agents and would be happy to help with all of your rental needs. What better way to maximize on your Island investment than to rent it when you aren’t here. We are hands on agency and will be sure that your home is treated with the utmost care.

House Cleaning Services: Our professional team of trained house cleaners will come to your home and give it the care and attention it deserves! We use eco-friendly products whenever possible. Weekly, bi-weekly, openings/closings. Ask about our housekeeping services * subject to availability.
